RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you’ll love your Spark product, but if it’s not exactly what you want you can return it — no questions asked. Send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll issue you a full refund as long as the item is not worn or damaged in any way. Please note that a refund might take up to 14 days after we have received your return. You will be notified immediately via email once the refund is issued. A refund will be issued back to the account linked to your original method of payment.

Note that above return and refund policy does not apply to personalized and customized orders. Personalized and customized orders will not be refunded or exchanged after being printed. Please keep in mind that designs on the screen can't be 100% the same as when the design is printed on paper, fabric or any other material. 

Updated May 1st 2020 : At Spark, we are most concerned about your wellbeing during these times and getting your item(s) delivered to you in the safest manner. Due to this manner returns and exchanges of clothing will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENTS
Want to exchange your item for a different size or style? No problem! Just send back your original item within 7 days of receipt and as soon as we get it we’ll issue you a full refund. In the interim, go ahead and order your design in the right size or style. Shouldn’t everything in life be this easy?

DAMAGED ORDERS
We package every order with extra care, but accidents happen. If your order gets damaged in transit, please email a photo of the damaged item and a description of the damage to [email protected] We’ll ask that you return the damaged item and we’ll process a replacement item immediately.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please email a photo of the item, along with a description of what’s wrong with it to [email protected] We’ll ask that you return the defective item and we’ll process a replacement item immediately.
